Our Cardio and Coordination classes offer you fun and unique workouts to get a little sweat in and augment your heart health. Practice cardio and aerobics regularly for increased circulation, increased lung capacity, a healthier heart, and an easier time performing daily tasks like errands on-the-go and keeping up with the grandkids!
